MEET DAMON
Damon Valentino works with athletes, leaders, and teams to build the internal systems required to perform reliably under pressure, adapt in uncertainty, and recover sustainably over time.
He serves as Director of Mental Fitness for the Professional Tennis Players Association (PTPA) and is the Founder of Mental Fitness Programs. Damon designs evidence-based training frameworks that integrate orientation, awareness, regulation, and identity as the foundations of durable performance. Damon also offers customized, high-touch consulting services to individuals and teams who are looking to put mental fitness in the center of their performance structure.
